SDJ for today over at DA-Speedpaint.
Topic: Wounded
Time 60minutes

Well... not too sure what to think about this one. I suppose there are good and bad days xD Just trying something new, usually not really into this tech stuff. Got some steps as well so when internetz improves enough for me to upload stuff I'll put that one.

I personally think this one's awesome! You did an awesome job on the fire/smoke and you can really see the speed. I love the way you rendered this one, like a rough stile but it fits really well. I wish I could do that, but I still suck at using different types of brushes and stuff I guess =P.

Awesome stuff, just like your other SDJ's. Really makes me want to pick up the SDJ's again ;)

Keeps me busy during lunch breaks =) I have to say Im a big fan of painting this way, even tho I only started using this technique about 3 weeks ago so I'm still learning. Makes for a bit of inconsistency in my work I suppose but I'll just chalk that up to 'growth' xD
I used to work with a ton of brushes as well, but now I think I limited it to like 3 or 4 with the use of blur/blend etc.

I think that it doesn't matter whether it's inconsistent or not. It's just good stuff!
I have to say that I really like this way of painting you do and the direction that you took. Also I really like the steps, it really shows how good you are and that you CAN do it all on your own, I really appreciate that (Ofcourse I recognized your style and love for drawing mountains right away, haha). =)
