I love the how the old, worn feel of the piece is broken up by those splashes of bright, almost futuristic-looking orange light. That, mixed with some superb painting skills, and an absoloutely killer sky, makes for an excellent piece. Definitely one of the best paintings I've seen a while.
nice, well done! But! In my view, it looks pretty much a ghost town than an old city. While it looks a deserted place, we see that lights are on. It is a town made of rocks and wood. If you take the rocks, it would seem an eighteen century cowboy town. Although this mix is somehow fascinating, inserting rocks in ancient roman style poses little problem because such ancient style of rocks does not blend with lighted houses and wooden houses. Cheers!
Holy, awesomely incredible! The scenery is stunning and all of the buildings and shops are beautiful! The sky, colors, style, lighting, life-like ness, and other details are also wonderful! Excellent work!
